Reviews about Superior Factor Inc

  • I too was contacted by "Mark Cooper" and hired as a package handler. I also still have packages waiting to be mailed. I've e-mailed this "Michael Foote" and have not gotten a response from him. I'm wondering what to do, contact law enforcement????

  • I am not sure that this is the same company that all are complaining about and I wanted to make that clear. They are referring to a fake business called Superior Factor (no inc) at The address is the same but a detective told me it was NOT the same business and they do something totally different the the other one. Beware of the Superior Factor (! Yes this is a scam. They email you about a job (have no clue how they got mine) and explain what they do (see website). They use your address to send packages from people (suppose to be people out of the country, they are not) and you have to reship them to another name and address. To sweeten the pot they will pay you $3,000 an month plus $25 for every package you send (I made $3895 in 2 weeks)! Awesome, right! Everything was legit looking and still is. Website, application, they go through a whole "hiring process" signed documents you name it. The first thing to time me off was the 30 trial period before you get paid. Next was the fact that I sent NONE of the packages overseas as stated in job description and website. Third was two detectives showing up at my door telling me that a computer had been bought using an unauthorized credit card and my address what the shipping address! I let them in showed them all the paper work, applications, all my receiving and shipping notes everything. Let them know I would contact them as soon as I received a computer. They also informed me this was a very common scam that was out there. Get people to do the dirty work for a month then never pay or contact them again. I got lucky that they were not dick cops and were very nice and worked with me on this but I also had all the proof! A week later the computer came, I contacted them and they came to get it and gave me a receipt. One of them even told me to tell the "company" that they took everything and that they would leave me alone. That is what I did too. They did call a few times but I did not answer and I did get more packages (donations are great) but that is the last I heard from them until 2 weeks ago I got an email stating I was getting paid and it would take 3 days. Yep nada. Please be careful out there. If it sounds too good to be true (3k+ to work part time at home) it probably is. I am considering opening up a FB page to warn others of sites like this since the cops are not doing anything. I tried to get them to take the other packages but they stated they had not been turned in it was not their problem. Anyway good luck to you!

  • Superior Factor is a huge scam. I worked the full month of June during that time all my calls and emails were returned promptly. On July 3rd warehouse manager Michael Foote provided verbal and writing confirmation that my payroll had been issued and to allow 3 business days to receive. I stress the importance of receiving payroll to prevent my kids and I from being evicted due to my illness in April and job out sourcing in May. I spoke with the hiring manager Mark Cooper at 800-211-5012 on July 10th, he hung up on me and know my calls and emails are unanswered. I still have two packages pending reship instructions. I'm scared now that the merchandise is being purchase with stolen credit card information and the company is using people who are seeking home base work opportunity to reship the merchandise. The scam will cause me and my kids to become homeless by the end of the month, yesterday I cried all day and wanted to kill myself, but today I hold my head up high. Life has been very hard, raised myself, never been given a break nor a helping hand, but I refuse to allow this corrupted world to destroy me. Please do not trust Superior Factor
